When you’re ready, you can eliminate
this self-destructive habit from your life. Becoming an ex-smoker
begins with a 20-45 minute telephone session when I learn
about your specific smoking behavior and history. With this
foundation I can provide you with an individualized program
you need to succeed. This is followed by a 2-3 hours session,
depending on your smoking history. With your commitment, after
you leave my office you will be an ex-smoker. There will be
two follow- up sessions, however, for those of you who smoke
more than a pack of cigarettes a day or prefer a gradual six
weeks plan, I offer that as well.
